Susan Thayer
SIGs Vice President
This is Susan's first year on the AMA board. This marketing expert is the Marketing Manager at Speedway Motors, a multi-channel international speed shop for hot rodders and racers. Having helped push her company to Corporate Marketer of the Year status, Susan is putting her expertise to work for the AMA's Special Interest Groups, to help educate area professionals.
Susan is also the owner of Budget Blinds, a graduate of Leadership Lincoln Class XXV and VP of NOVA Business and Professional Women group. For fun, she loves to laugh and explore with her two young children.
Why Susan LOVES marketing:
"I just can’t get enough marketing—I live and breathe it. I love to analyze every direct mail, email, branding, taglines and brochures that I get to see if I can figure out their strategy (or lack of one). In fact, I go to movies just to see the product placements!"
