Katherine Brockman is a Marketing Specialist at Firespring. As a Professional Certified Marketer, she educates small and mid-size businesses on marketing best practices.
A freelance writer/editor for the past five years, Katherine has also contributed articles to various local and national publications. Before joining Firespring, she worked in marketing and communications roles with Marriott International and Women’s Edition Magazine.
Katherine earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in English, French and European Studies. Upon graduation, she spent a year teaching English in Nice, France before moving back to Nebraska and developing a passion for the marketing profession.
When she is not working with the AMA, Katherine works with the Lincoln Arts Council heading up the marketing efforts for the Lincoln Arts Festival. In her free time, Katherine loves to play with her two nieces, read, run and attend as many local arts events as possible.
