Ali is the Director of Marketing and Product Development for Leadership Resources. As a member of the Leadership Resources team, she has contributed greatly to the company's growth through the implementation of successful marketing strategies, including the development of a new sales program, adoption and implementation of salesforceCRM and launch of a robust new website. Stemming from her experience in running her own photography business, Schwanke has a keen sense of entrepreneurship and enjoys the ever-changing landscape of the marketing world. When she's not immersed in marketing or business books, as an avid runner, you can find Ali out running the trails and streets of the city. She also enjoys writing music, contributing to community organizations and spending time with her husband, Bryce, and their five-year-old son, Caedmon.
