Collegiate Relations

One of the most fun parts of being involved with the AMA is the opportunity to work with the collegiate chapters.

The Lincoln AMA has a long history of working with and supporting the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) AMA. UNL AMA students regularly attend Lincoln AMA programming events. In 2005, the Lincoln AMA helped Nebraska Wesleyan University (NWU) begin its first student chapter.

In 2009, the professional chapter began the tradition of AMA Putt Putt Classic, a scholarship fundraiser for our collegiate chapters as well as a networking opportunity between students and professional members.

Lincoln AMA also participates in the college chapters' regular programming, as well as mentoring and internship programs. For more information on collegiate chapters, contact our collegiate relations VP.
